Weightcheck is currently a test service. This is a draft notice; operator and contact details must be confirmed before processing real customer information.
Information we use
We use your assessment answers, including health-related information, to produce your results and report. If you provide an email address or make a purchase, we use the necessary details to deliver your report, handle the transaction and provide support.
Your choices
Health information requires your explicit permission. Marketing is optional and requires a separate opt-in. You can withdraw permission or unsubscribe below. We may need to retain limited transaction records to meet legal obligations.
Storage and sharing
Assessment answers are kept temporarily (up to 24 hours); paid test reports may be retained for up to 30 days. These are proposed test retention periods, not yet verified live-service commitments. Necessary service providers may process data to run the service, including payment and delivery providers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information and exercise other applicable data-protection rights. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Before launch, this notice must identify the data controller, working privacy contact, lawful bases, service-provider recipients, international transfers and confirmed retention arrangements.
